Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup Policies

Order Ahead with Member’s Cut

Planning dinner, stocking up for the week, or ordering for a special occasion? Member’s Cut offers convenient in-store pickup and local delivery within Sioux Center city limits.

​

To place an order, call 712-722-5970. Our team will help confirm product availability, quantities, pickup or delivery timing, and final order details.

How to Order:

​

All pickup and delivery orders must be placed by phone. Call Member’s Cut at 712-722-5970 to place your order.

​

Pickup and delivery are available for products listed on our Products page, based on current inventory and availability. Some items may vary by weight, cut, or daily availability, and our team will confirm details when your order is placed.

​

In-Store Pickup

​

Pickup orders will be prepared for the date and time confirmed when you place your order.

​

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we encourage customers to pick up orders during the scheduled pickup window. If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please call us as soon as possible.

​

Same-day needs should be handled by visiting Member’s Cut in-store during regular business hours.

​

Local Delivery

​

Local delivery is available within Sioux Center city limits only.

​

Delivery is offered on:

​

  • Mondays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

 

Delivery Order Minimums & Fees

​

  • $50 minimum order required for delivery

  • $9.95 delivery fee for orders under $100

  • Free delivery for orders over $100

 

Delivery Cutoff Times

​

  • Monday Delivery: Orders must be placed by Saturday at 5:00 PM.

  • Thursday Delivery: Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 2:00 PM.

 

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

 

Receiving Your Delivery

 

Before delivery, our driver will contact you by phone or text to let you know your order is on the way. If the customer does not answer, the delivery will not be completed.  Customers must be home and available to accept the delivery.  Because our products are fresh and perishable, delivery orders will not be left unattended at a doorstep, garage, porch, or other location.

If no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, the order will be returned to Member's Cut and the customer will be contacted to arrange pickup or another delivery option. 

 

Once an order is delivered and proof of delivery is sent, Member’s Cut is not responsible for product quality if the customer is not available to promptly refrigerate the order.

 

Payment Policy

​

Delivery orders require card payment only.​  Once your order is finalized and the exact total is confirmed, a Member’s Cut employee will call you with the final amount. If you do not answer, we will leave a voicemail when possible. Your order will not be delivered without payment before delivery. 

 

Please note that final totals may vary slightly for products sold by weight.

  • Delivery requires a $50 minimum order.

  • Delivery is free for orders over $100.

  • Payment is required before delivery.

  • Product availability may vary.
